Privacy

If you contact Ferravon, the firm collects the details you provide, typically your name, organisation, email address and the content of your enquiry, and uses them only to respond and to keep a record of correspondence. Personal data is not sold or used for marketing.

Data is accessible only to Ferravon staff and to service providers that operate its systems under confidentiality, and may be disclosed where required by law or to meet anti-money-laundering, sanctions or counterparty obligations. It is kept only as long as needed and then deleted.

Ferravon handles personal data in accordance with the six data protection principles of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Under that Ordinance you may request access to, or correction of, the data held about you, or complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. Write to info@ferravon.com.
